A year ago, I heard that I was going to Thailand to be a Chinese teacher, and I was still teaching children. I heard that the children's classes in Thailand are very troublesome, because I have not been exposed to children's classes, so I am still quite scared. What if they don't listen to me in class? What should I do if the student’s parent complains? How can we make these naughty children listen to the class seriously? These doubts existed before going abroad. Before leaving, Yufeng trained our teachers in Thailand for children's lessons. From teaching methods to classroom order, everything was involved, but before the teaching was really carried out, I had been playing drums in my heart.

Today, as a teacher who used to teach Chinese for children in Thailand, I will share my experience and experience, and I hope it will be helpful to every reader.

After arriving in Thailand, on a sunny Monday, I started my Chinese language training class for children. Because the children in the school have been learning Chinese for a period of time, they have learned some simple vocabulary, but because they don’t usually speak, the children are a little strange, so I chose an interesting color lesson for a class.

However, if you think that I am standing on the podium and starting class, you are quite wrong. For those naughty ghosts who jump up and down, a lesson is necessary to show the majesty of being a teacher. Therefore, it is extremely important to formulate the classroom order, rewards and punishments. I have formulated punishment rules for the problems that may be encountered in class, such as students running around, talking to other students in class, and failing to complete homework. Of course, the punishment alone is sure that they are not happy, they will definitely Thinking, "Oh, our Chinese teacher is terrifying", "I don't like her class, she will torture us". Therefore, appropriate rewards are also very important. As for when to award, I can also formulate rules according to my student situation.

In fact, in the last class, it was a "match" between the teacher and the student. The success or failure of this time is related to whether the teacher will be respected by the students and will make progress. Of course, if some teachers fail in one class, don't be discouraged. Teachers must gradually instill their majesty in subsequent teaching. For example, starting today, each class chooses more annoying behaviors and makes rules.

Come back to class, because the class I prepared is a color class, so there will definitely be games! The game I prepared is to guess the color blindfolded, how to play? I'll tell you later. First, follow the teaching process to show students different new words, that is, different colors, which need to be written with different colored pens, or use props prepared in advance to show them how to read colors. First practice listening and then practice Say, when they can almost tell the different colors, at this time they should say aloud, "Now let's make a game!" You will find that when they talk about the game, their eyes light up and they start listening carefully. "Okay, the rules of the game are like this. The teacher will post different colors on the blackboard, and then ask a classmate to remember the order of the colors, then blindfold them, and then ask a classmate to come up and take a color, please The blindfolded classmates just looked at which color was missing. Do you understand?" They nodded earnestly and said "almost", and then said loudly "Who made one?" They would say excitedly "I! Me!" !" As long as their enthusiasm for learning is mobilized, nothing else can attract them. In this way, I learned and practiced and finished one of my lessons. Of course, there must be some interesting homework. My homework is to print a blank cartoon character for everyone and let them fill in the colors as required. In this way, my children and I successfully completed a lesson.

        
       In fact, various situations also arise during class. Sometimes the content prepared by the teacher cannot be fully taught to the students, so we must grasp the key points and teach them important things when they are highly motivated. Of course, you have to build a good relationship with students after class. Who says that teachers can’t be friends with their primary school students? Usually, you have to integrate into their small world more, slowly influence them in their lives, and communicate with them patiently. Students feel that the teacher is very kind, they are more willing to attend the teacher's class, and are more willing to tell the teacher the problems they have encountered. So, don’t be afraid of teachers who have just started class. Children are naughty, but they are not bad. As long as they have the right method, they will be respected! Thus, I will fall in love with your class, and I will love learning Chinese from now on. This is also something that is gratifying, happy and fulfilling as a teacher of Chinese as a foreign language.
