Project intern company requirements
Fill in the "Project Cooperative Organization Status Form" (Chinese or English is acceptable).
Arrange the foreign interns in charge to communicate and coordinate with the "International Intern Project Team" on the work of interns.
Provide a comfortable office environment and complete office equipment.
After confirming the acceptance of international interns, a written confirmation shall be made.
Provide other training materials.
As far as possible, arrange interns to participate in related business activities.
Provide subsidies based on the performance of interns:
Subsidies are transportation subsidies, meal subsidies and some daily expenses.
The amount of subsidy needs to be determined according to the living standard of the city, the specific job and other factors.
After the internship is over, evaluate the performance of the intern together with the "International Intern Project Team". (The evaluation report is issued by the "International Intern Project Team" in a unified template)
Project workflow
1. Negotiate cooperation with employers:
Proactively contact the employing agency to introduce the project situation and discuss cooperation.
Employers learn about the project through websites and other channels.
Employer prepares application materials: Chinese and English company profile, copy of business license copy (for operating enterprise)

2. Confirm cooperation. After confirming the cooperation, the parties signed the contract, and the "International Intern Project Team" began to recommend interns for the company.
3. Two-way recommendation.
The international intern project team recommends students to partner institutions.
Cooperating organization conducts review: Cooperating organization initially reviews the qualification of intern through the intern application form.
Cooperative institutions have higher requirements for an internship position and provide certain subsidies. The international intern project team can help arrange online/offline interviews.
4. The interns will come to China according to the last coordinated itinerary of several parties and begin their study and internship in China.
5. Intern training
Chinese training: The regular Chinese basic training lasts for one month. If the company has special requirements, please sort out relevant materials, such as business topics, and hand them to the "International Intern Project Team" in advance for teachers to prepare lessons.
Other training: In addition to language training, such as vocational training, the "International Intern Project Team" can provide support and cooperation. Please inform in advance for specific needs.
6. Intern evaluation
After the start of the internship, the "International Intern Project Team" will contact the intern responsible person designated by the partner internship company every month to communicate and coordinate, and supervise the work of the intern in terms of attendance and work performance.
The cooperative organization and the "International Intern Project Team" jointly fill in the "Intern Performance Evaluation Report" for the interns and make a final evaluation of the interns.
7. End of internship
Interns fill out the feedback form and prepare to return home.
If interns extend their internships or become full-time employees, the "International Intern Project Team" will be handed over to partner institutions.
According to the situation of the internship, arrange in advance (usually two months before the end of the intern, according to the wishes and applications of the company, the international intern project team will start to arrange new interns) new interns arrive to take over from the students who have ended Positions, continue to guarantee the internship and internship tasks of the enterprise.
