In Thailand, the two most popular foreign languages are English and Chinese. Many public schools offer these two foreign language courses when they are in the first grade of elementary school. Fortunately, teaching Chinese in Thailand makes me very happy and painful. That sentence, painful and happy.

As a Chinese teacher in a public school in Thailand, the average weekly class volume is about 15-18 class hours, each class time is 50 minutes, but most of the English training courses have no rest time between classes and the teacher is in control of it. , Class ends 5 minutes before the end of the previous get out of class, so that students in the next class will have a 5-minute break before they start. What’s happy in Thailand is that every holiday, there will be holidays, and most of them are more than 2 days, which makes me more relieved. Although it is not so tiring to go to class, it is much easier than in China, but I can’t go. Traveling outside, the natural scenery in Thailand is really great. It is a waste not to travel to such a beautiful country. Therefore, I will travel with my colleagues and friends during holidays.

What made me painful was facing a group of students who looked like monkeys. How can the energy of Thai children be so vigorous? Almost every class in the class has a few students who make me crazy. The naughty children will always leave you a lot of "surprises" in the classroom, facing these innocent things Children, sometimes they are useless. There was a time when I doubted whether I was really suitable to be a teacher. I really couldn't help these naughty children. Fortunately, a few old teachers in the school have suggested that I have summarized the three steps for the management of Thai pupils:

   1. When the students are too noisy, the teacher stops the lecture and stares at a few naughty children with serious faces. If you look at them quietly for 2 minutes, the class will be quiet all at once. These children are very smart and see If the teacher is really angry, they will calm down, and after 2 minutes, they will continue the class. This method works well.

2. Grasp the typical class, call the more naughty students in the class and stand for 2-3 minutes. Once this method is used, it will have an immediate effect.

3. In Thai classrooms, the offices of local teachers in Thailand are basically classrooms. As long as there is nothing else, the Thai class teacher will follow the class of foreign teachers. If there are students in the class who can’t control the reality, you can lead the students to the head teacher. In front of us, the Chinese teacher continued to teach. This method is also very effective, but this method is used with caution. After all, we are also teachers. For the time being, we should not let others look down on our Chinese teacher. Classroom management still has to be summarized and managed slowly.
